How do I get a quotation for my move?

What kind of service will include in the quote?

Our quote includes transiting all listed items from client / packing materials / dismantling / assembling for furniture / clean up Setia's unpacking materials.

Will there be any additional charges to pay after moving?

No, the quote shows the price already.
But please note that the quote does NOT include the cost of all tunnels charge / bridge fare / packing fee/ unpacking /parking charge,  as it varies in different places, we will charge the client according to the receipt we get from the third party.

Can I store my belongings?

How can I pay?

Once confirm the moving, a 30% down payment need to settle as confirm the order. And the remaining balance has to settle on moving day upon the completion of the job.

Do I need to pay extra packing materials fee?

Not. You don't need to pay extra which is inclusive in the moving cost. The following information can help you get to know more. Packing materials will be delivered to your house by appointment before the moving.

SMALL CARTON BOX

Size: 20” x 17” x 14”

Suitable for toiletries, books, CD’s, DVD’s plus small but heavier decoration items.

MEDIUM CARTON BOX

Size: 21” x 17” x 17”

Suitable for heavier items such as shoes, small appliances, lamp shades, kitchenware and light decoration items (Note: even weight on each carton)

LARGE CARTON BOX

Size: 24” x 19” x 19”

Suitable for glasses, larger household appliances, kitchen equipment, lamps, toys, bedding, pillows and clothes that can fold

PLASTIC CRATE *

Size: 27” x 19” x 14.5”

Suitable for irregular shaped items

Would you come to collect the used boxes? 

For environmental friendly, you're encouraged to  contact with Setia to collect disposable boxes for recycling as protective materials.

We use plastic crate helping clients to pack irregular shape items. Please contact Setia for returning after use within a week. If the crate not returned or go missing, our client has to pay the expenses incurred (HK$400 for each crate).
