1. Before The Move
We will send you the packing material, Paper, Bubble Wrap, Carton, Tape, Crates etc. for you to pre-pack in advance.

Please label on the cartons of those items that you will need immediately and we will handle them for you separately. So that you can take them out and use them immediately when you arrive at your new home. Click here to watch our packing tutorial video of crates for your reference!
Please DON’T stick any labels/stickers on our crates, you may mark the details on the paper we sent which is used to cover on top of the crates.
2. During The Move
We will pack and disassemble the furniture listed in quotation. Then we will transport the packed items to the truck using the elevator or through stairs. After arriving at the new address, we will arrange everything according to your instructions to unpack the furniture and set up propably.
Tips
If your move involves carrying items up stairs, please make sure to pack the boxes lighter! It’s better to have more boxes instead of less but heavier boxes.
– Please ensure that the keys and wallet are kept with you throughout the moving process, as it can be awkward for some guests to arrive at their new home only to find they can’t locate their keys.
3. After the Move
We believe you have easily found the items you need after the move and also the furniture has been installed & placed in the ideal positions according to your requirements. Now you can take action to unpack and properly arrange your items according to your schedule. (Normally within 2 weeks )
Once you are done, please contact us to collect our used materials (free of charge).
